ACCOMMODATION FEES FOR REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS:

1-Night Single Room:

1.750 TL + VAT

Single occupancy in a room, breakfast and dinner, airport-hotel transfer included.

1-Night Double Room:

2.800 TL + VAT

Single occupancy in a room, breakfast and dinner, airport-hotel transfer included.

TWO-DAY ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE PRICES FOR HOSPITAL MANAGERS:

2-Night Single Room:

5.700 TL + VAT

Including registration for one person, two nights of accommodation in a single room, transfers, food, beverages, participation in all events, promotional materials, and organization services.

2-Night Double Room

7.400 TL + VAT

Including registration for two people, two nights of accommodation in a double room, transfers, food, beverages, participation in all events, promotional materials, and organization services.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1- Visitors can check into the hotel on the afternoon of October 19 or in the morning of October 20. If visitors arrive the day before the event and request a two-night stay, they must check out of the hotel in the afternoon on October 21. Additional accommodation can be obtained by paying the accommodation fee.

2- The above accommodation costs are applicable in the case that participants need additional accommodation.

3- There is no additional registration fee for registered visitors’ spouses, children, or close companions.

4- Hotel transfers will be provided from the airport and terminal if visitors from outside the city notify us of their flight or terminal arrival time.
